Clinics browse product catalogs, place wholesale orders with transparent tiered pricing, and track deliveries. Manufacturers manage production batches and fulfill backorders. Fulfillment Centers handle order processing, product inspection, batch creation, and shipping with tracking.

Key capabilities include a three-tier pricing engine where custom per-clinic prices override blanket discounts, which override quantity-based tier pricing. The sales rep commission system supports a three-level organizational hierarchy of Director, Manager, and Representative, with automatic commission calculation and distribution up the management chain.
