Frequently Asked Questions
Everything healthcare clinics ask about wholesale peptide ordering through Blue Atlas Biologics: account approval, NPI requirements, pricing tiers, FDA compounding rules, shipping, and account management.
Pharmacy-grade peptides compounded by licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies. Wholesale access for verified healthcare clinics, medical spas, longevity practices, hormone replacement clinics, and wellness clinics across the United States.
Getting started
- How does Blue Atlas Biologics wholesale peptides to clinics?
- Healthcare clinics apply for a wholesale account, get verified through NPI and license review, then order peptides at tier-based wholesale pricing through the portal. Orders ship from licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies.
- What clinics qualify for wholesale peptide pricing?
- Licensed medical practices including medical spas, anti-aging and longevity clinics, hormone replacement therapy clinics, weight management clinics, wellness clinics, and primary care offices with a valid NPI and state license can apply for wholesale access.
- How long does wholesale account approval take?
- Most clinic applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Approval requires a valid NPI, a state medical license, and a brief intake call with a Blue Atlas representative.
- What documents do I need to apply for a wholesale account?
- Your clinic's NPI number, the state medical license of the prescribing or supervising physician, and basic clinic contact details. The intake call covers your typical order volume, the peptide categories you stock, and your fulfillment preferences.
- Can I apply if I am opening a new clinic and do not have ordering history?
- Yes. New clinics are welcome to apply. The intake conversation covers your projected order volume and the categories you plan to stock so we can set appropriate initial pricing tiers and shipping defaults.
Pricing and billing
- Is there a minimum order or setup fee?
- There is no setup fee and no annual contract. Volume tiers apply automatically as order quantity increases. Minimum order quantities, when present, are set per product.
- How does volume pricing work?
- Each product has tier thresholds based on quantity ordered. As you increase the unit count of a product in your cart, the per-unit price drops to the next tier automatically. Tier thresholds and discounts are visible on each product page once your account is approved.
- Can my clinic negotiate custom pricing?
- Yes. Established accounts with consistent ordering history can work with their assigned sales representative to set blanket discounts or custom per-product pricing that overrides tier defaults.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Major credit cards and ACH transfer through the portal. Net terms are available on request for established accounts after credit review.
Catalog and ordering
- What peptide categories are available?
- GLP-1 receptor agonists, growth hormone secretagogues including sermorelin and CJC-1295/ipamorelin combinations, repair peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500, copper peptides like GHK-Cu, longevity peptides like epitalon and selank, and specialty preparations including DSIP, AOD-9604, and KPV. Exosome therapeutics are available in a separate category.
- Why is the product catalog gated behind login?
- Wholesale catalogs of compounded preparations are restricted by FDA compounding regulations and state pharmacy rules. Only verified healthcare practices can access full catalog details and ordering, which is why approval is required before browsing.
- How do I place an order?
- Sign in to your portal account, browse the catalog with prices reflecting your tier and any custom pricing, add products to your cart, confirm your shipping address, and check out. Your assigned sales rep is notified automatically.
- Can my sales rep place orders on my behalf?
- Yes. Sales reps assigned to your account can place orders on your behalf using the portal's rep tools. The clinic still receives all order confirmations and tracking information.
- How is Blue Atlas different from buying direct from a compounding pharmacy?
- Blue Atlas aggregates supply from multiple licensed pharmacies, gives clinics one platform for ordering across categories, applies automatic volume tiering, and provides assigned sales rep support. Clinics get one invoice, one tracking experience, and consolidated history instead of managing multiple pharmacy relationships.
Fulfillment and shipping
- How long does shipping take?
- Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of placement. Standard shipping arrives in 2 to 5 business days depending on destination. Cold-chain shipments and overnight options are available for products that require them.
- Do you ship to all 50 states?
- Shipping availability depends on the source pharmacy's licensing in your state. Most orders ship to all 50 states, but a small number of products may have state-specific restrictions. State availability is shown on each product page once your account is approved.
- How are temperature-sensitive products shipped?
- Cold-chain orders ship in insulated packaging with temperature monitoring where required. Tracking includes estimated delivery windows so your team can be on hand to receive the package and refrigerate immediately.
Compliance and quality
- Are these peptides FDA-approved?
- Compounded peptides are prepared by licensed 503A and 503B pharmacies under FDA oversight of compounding pharmacy operations. Individual compounded preparations are not FDA-approved drugs. Each batch is prepared per state and federal compounding regulations.
- What documentation comes with each order?
- Every shipment includes batch documentation from the source pharmacy, identity and purity references where available, and tracking numbers. Cold-chain shipments include temperature documentation. All documentation stays in your portal account for ongoing reference.
- Are 503A and 503B pharmacies the same?
- No. 503A pharmacies compound for individual patients with prescriptions. 503B outsourcing facilities compound in larger batches for office-stock and direct-to-clinic supply, and operate under FDA registration with stricter oversight. Blue Atlas works with both, and the source type is shown per product so clinics can pick the appropriate pathway.
- Can clinics request a Certificate of Analysis?
- Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available on request for products that include them in the source pharmacy's documentation. Your sales rep can pull and forward them by request.
Account management
- How do I add team members to my clinic account?
- Tenant administrators on your account can invite additional users from the clinic settings page. Roles include order placers, billing contacts, and view-only viewers.
- Can I see all my past orders and invoices in the portal?
- Yes. Order history, invoices, and shipment tracking stay in your portal account indefinitely. They are searchable by date, product, and order number, and can be exported for accounting.
- How do I cancel or modify a wholesale order?
- Orders that have not yet been picked for shipment can be cancelled or modified through the portal. Once a pharmacy has begun preparing the order, contact your sales rep. Most modifications are still possible if caught quickly.
