State Medical License

The licensure issued by a state medical board that authorizes a clinician to practice medicine in that state, required for wholesale catalog access at most platforms.

A state medical license is the credential issued by a state medical board that authorizes a clinician to practice medicine in that state. Most wholesale peptide platforms require a current state medical license alongside NPI verification before granting catalog access.

State pharmacy boards regulate what 503A pharmacies in a given state can ship and to whom. Some products may have state-specific availability based on the source pharmacy's licensing footprint. Wholesale platforms typically display state availability per product after a clinic is approved.
