Wholesale accounts at peptide suppliers are gated behind credential verification (NPI, state medical license, sometimes a brief intake call) because compounded preparations are regulated supply.
After approval, multiple users on a clinic's team can have appropriately scoped account access — typically a clinical lead, a billing contact, and one or more order placers. Order history and batch documentation stay attached to the wholesale account indefinitely.
