A blanket discount is a percentage discount applied across an account's full catalog access (or a defined subset, like a category). It's typically negotiated by an established clinic account with their assigned sales representative based on commitment volume or strategic value.
Blanket discounts compose with the default tier structure and any per-product custom pricing in a defined order of priority. Custom per-product pricing wins; otherwise the blanket discount applies on top of the tier-derived per-unit price.
