Custom pricing is a wholesale pricing arrangement where a specific clinic receives a specific per-unit price on a specific product (or product family), overriding the default tier structure. Custom pricing is typically negotiated by an established account with their assigned sales representative based on order volume history.
Custom pricing rules are applied automatically in the portal at checkout for clinics that have them set up. The clinic sees the negotiated rate; the rest of the catalog continues to use the default tiers.
